Class places are limited and a place in the class is not confirmed until payment has been received. Payment must be made five working days prior to the start date of the class to confirm your registration.

The Pencil Room has safety regulations and rules in place that students must follow. The Pencil Room will take all reasonable care of students but is not liable for accident, injury, or loss of possessions.

Parents are required at online point of registration to give permission for their child to receive urgent medical treatment if necessary and agree to pay any extra costs involved. We will endeavour to contact parents prior. Parents agree that a family member will pick up their child at the specified finish time. Staff must be notified in writing if any child is to leave with a non family member.

The Pencil Room may use photos of classes and artwork for promotional purposes on social media – please advise at time of registration if you have any objections to this.
