Places are limited and a place in the class is not confirmed unless payment is received within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed.
The Pencil Room has safety regulations and rules in place that students must follow. While all reasonable care will be taken, The Pencil Room is not liable for accident, injury, or loss of possessions.
The Pencil Room may use photos of classes and student artwork for promotional purposes and use on social media – please advise at time of enrolment if you have any objections to this.

In the case of disruption due to unforeseen events, class dates may be postponed and student enrolments and payments transferred to future dates on the same day of the week.
