Refund Policy

To confirm a place in a course or workshop payment must be received 48 hours after booking.

Where notice of withdrawal is given prior to the start date of the course the student will receive a full refund less a $25 administration fee.

No refund will be given on or after the day the course commences. In special circumstances students may be able to transfer classes to the next available course, within one year of initial payment.

Concession tickets are only refundable before the first class date and are subject to the administration fees above. 

In the instance that classes or workshops need to be cancelled due to circumstances outside the control of The Pencil Room, any remaining classes will be transferred to the next available course in person or online.
